IndiGo has announced a major expansion of its domestic network by introducing more than 30 new routes from Navi Mumbai International Airport. The rollout begins March 29 and will continue until April 23, improving air connectivity across India.
Expansion Across Key Indian Cities
The new routes will link Navi Mumbai with several important destinations, including Agra, Ayodhya, Bagdogra, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Patna, Srinagar, and Varanasi. This move aims to strengthen regional connectivity and make travel more accessible for passengers nationwide.
Increased Operations and Weekly Flights
With the addition of these routes, IndiGo plans to operate over 400 weekly departures from Navi Mumbai. This significant increase will position the airport as a key aviation hub and enhance travel convenience for both business and leisure travellers.
Focus on Gujarat and New Direct Services
The airline has also launched twice-daily direct flights between Bhavnagar and Navi Mumbai. Additionally, services to Jamnagar will begin in April, expanding IndiGo’s presence in Gujarat to six cities with more than 1,400 weekly flights.
