Filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari has shared that the vanvaas (exile) scene featuring Lord Ram is his favourite moment in the upcoming mythological epic Ramayana.
Speaking about the film, Tiwari said the sequence carries deep emotional weight as it portrays Ram’s sacrifice and commitment to duty when he leaves Ayodhya to honour his father’s promise. He noted that this scene beautifully captures the core values of the epic duty, sacrifice, and family responsibility which remain relevant even today.
Emotional Core of the Film
Tiwari emphasised that while Ramayana will showcase grand visuals and large-scale action, its real strength lies in its emotional storytelling. He believes the exile scene highlights the internal struggle of Lord Ram and makes the story timeless and universally relatable.
