Iran has reportedly identified several leading American technology companies as potential targets as geopolitical tensions continue to escalate in the Middle East. According to reports citing Iranian state-linked media, firms such as Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, IBM, Oracle and Palantir Technologies have been named in a list of entities connected to Israel that could face retaliation.
The warning comes as the regional conflict involving Iran, Israel and the United States expands beyond traditional military operations and increasingly focuses on economic and technological infrastructure.
Iranian Media Publishes List of Potential Targets
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)-affiliated Tasnim News Agency reportedly published a list identifying offices, data centers and infrastructure operated by several US technology companies that have links to Israel or provide technology used in military operations.
The report suggested that if the conflict evolves into what Iran describes as an “infrastructure war,” the scope of targets may expand to include economic and digital assets. According to the report, these companies operate facilities in Israel and Gulf countries including the United Arab Emirates.
Many of the companies mentioned operate cloud services, artificial intelligence platforms and data centers that support global digital infrastructure. Some Iranian officials claim these technologies may have links to military or intelligence operations associated with Israel.

The warning follows reports of attacks on economic infrastructure in Iran, including a strike on a bank building in Tehran that Iranian authorities attributed to enemy forces.
