Maruti Suzuki Introduces ‘Quickstop’ Mini Service Hubs to Boost Vehicle Servicing Convenience

Compact Service Hubs for Urban Convenience

The company introduced container-based service units designed for quick setup and minimal space usage. These hubs are strategically placed in high-traffic areas such as corporate offices, airport zones, and fleet hubs. Customers can now access routine maintenance and minor repairs without visiting traditional workshops.

Focus on Time-Saving and Efficiency

Quickstop aims to reduce downtime for both individual users and fleet operators. Office-goers can drop off their vehicles during work hours and pick them up later, while fleet owners benefit from improved operational efficiency. The initiative integrates servicing into daily routines, making it more convenient.

Pilot Rollout Across Key Cities

Maruti Suzuki has already set up around 10 pilot facilities in cities including Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and others. The company plans to expand the model further, using dealer partnerships and eco-friendly practices like waterless washing and battery-powered tools.
